The internet has not been working for over half the time I’ve been here, which has been inconvenient (and I saw other complaints on here about it so it’s definitely not a one-time thing). I also just now realized why I’ve been so hot, my thermostat doesn’t work at all (the screen is blank), or maybe the air just doesn’t work since it hasn’t come on once. Also, there was a used towel on the floor of the closet upon arrival. There is an unpleasant odor in hallways and briefly in my room (this has also been complained about by others...it may be pet smells since they allow pets here). It’s not the end of the world, BUT I’m not staying here again. A lot better hotels on the same road for around the same price. Otherwise, staff was very nice, but there are better options where you’ll at least have a working thermostat/air conditioning and WiFi that reliably works.
The room and the hotel are very nice and tidy. Perfectly clean.
I would probably give more 3,9 stars rather than 4 rather than 3. Really for tiny detailed like people smoking by the different entrance letting the smoke and smells going in (why not put the smoking spot all the way across the parking lot? I will never understand that). Or the fact that the room are not amazingly isolated from noise.
Room looked very nice and clean. All staff we encountered were friendly, smiley and accommodating. Breakfast was great also. Boiled eggs, waffles, serial, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, orange juice coffee. Nice TV.
Staff is courteous and over the top.
They provide light refreshments all night, the $1,5 ice cream is well priced.
The wall are not on the best ever build and will let pass a bit of noise and chaos especially coming from the corridor.
EDIT: don’t stay here unless you want to be woken up by people yelling at each other and beating on a door in the hallway at 2 AM. The staff took care of it quickly, and were very kind the next morning when they heard I was on the same floor. I know that’s not necessarily the hotel’s fault but I’ve stayed at much quieter places in the same area for around the same price. Just glad for the nice staff!
Purrfect for you and your pet. So nice to see a hotel chain that has found their niche by catering to pet owners. And they don't charge extra for pets like Extended Stay America. They have platform beds that go right to the floor so your pet doesn't craw in the typical crud under hotel beds. I really appreciated that. This hotel is in a quiet and safe place off the interstate. High five, LQ!
The place is off the main part of the mall area to provide a quiet environment. However the highway noise are still present.
Nice hotel. Very nice lobby. The room was good. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was double beds instead of queen or king.
