Clean rooms & on site coffee/breakfast bar is handy. They serve drinks in the evening. Across the street from a mall with other major malls/shopping/dining within 4-6 miles. St. Vincent Hospital is less than 3 miles away. Staff is generally friendly. Would prefer that the handicapped room is not at the bottom of stairs when you enter from the parking lot.
Very easy Check-in with the app - my key and room were all ready when I first arrived. The place is big and the rooms are large. There's a fridge but no microwave that I found. There is a balcony/porch for those facing the outside walls of the building. Nice bathroom and good water pressure for the shower head.
Pretty location with comfortable rooms. The staff is SUPER nice and very helpful. The mini fridge is TINY, but that's the only thing I didn't like. (I like to bring my own drinks!) I will stay here again.
Helpful and friendly staff. I enjoyed the fireplace they had going in the lobby and the location's proximity to fun shopping.
Easy to find location and right near the mall. Room was clean and had the usual stuff you'd expect. Service was great, check in was quick and pleasant for our group of 8 all getting different rooms. No complaints, stayed two nights.
