Friendly, helpful staff. Better staff than and other brand of pet store. Pet Supplies Plus strives for customer happiness. After each visit when I purchase something, I get an email asking how my experience was in the store. They have cheap selfwash baths in the back. They have a bath card where you can save money and buy multiple baths at once. They have lots of high quality dog food brands. So so so many options on toys and treats. They have all sorts of supplies your pet would need all the way from ear cleaner to food supplements. This is definitely my go to petstore even though i live so much closer to petsmart. My experience is always 10/10 amazing with pet supplies plus. They also have to best deals if you sign up for their emails!
The staff is very friendly here and they give me coupons when I don't have them. The selection is extremely limited on a lot of things and what they do have is not great quality. The pet carrier I bought for a plane trip broke after two uses. Also the staff follows you around like you are a thief, it's kinda creepy
They are more expensive than Wal-Mart but, they are my go to when I need something durable. The staff are friendly and some are knowledgeable.

Horrible. Went to let our kids choose their early Christmas present. Was a fish tank with a stand we were told it’s special sell together for $99.99 go to buy it for the babies and THEY WONT LET US HAVE KT FOR THE PRICE THEY TOLD US!! It was over $50 more and they wouldn’t honor the price that was on it and what they told us! Horrible customer service I will never be back.
