Been a long time since been to Ed’s ( only cause I live in another city ), hasn’t changed a bit. The staff - courteous and very knowledgeable about the animals and fish. The only neg thing - just so far from my house - the positive - to many to list- thanks Ed’s pet world for still being there
This place has awesome everything! I went there for the first time two days ago to buy a mouse. While I was deciding if I wanted to try out a mouse or get another rat, the employees were cleaning out the rodent enclosures. Some of the enclosures that they had not gotten to yet looked clean already! Even though the lady cleaning was very busy she still helped me every single second of my decisions. Both the lady and a very kind man allowed me to handle the diffrent rodents I asked to hold and told me exactly how to hold them so they were comfortable (keep in mind that I was looking at feeders and they cared about the comfort of them). They had some pet rats that they've handled and trained so often and it is obvious. There are so many good things to say about this place! I ended up buying the perfect mouse hand picked by the man helping me and he is healthy and the sweetest mouse ever, currently competing with my rats on my favorite list. I am going back Thursday to buy my little guy a new buddy.
The coolest quirkiest most laid back pet store you would ever go to! I love visiting this place just for fun. The owner has random star wars memorabilia everywhere and there's giant tortoises and a dog roaming around. The staff are always so nice and let you pet the animals.
Cool store but way overpriced. Either that or they try to take advantage of people. Quoted a price of $500 on a bird that typically sells for less than $200. Do your home work!
Firstly, the smell of this place is AWFUL. It doesn’t smell like a pet store, it smells like a room full of animals that haven’t had their enclosures cleaned in months. There are snakes with stuck shed all over them, no heat or lighting for most reptiles, the birds appear to have neurological issues, there is a back room full of rodents just piled on top of one another, multiple fish tanks over taken by algae, etc. Not to mention this place is stacked to the ceiling with JUNK and I don’t understand how that’s not shutting them down in itself. Do not give your money to these people! Everything is over priced and almost guaranteed sick and dying! Ed’s should be ashamed!
