Would much rather go to this location than the much busier store in Hoover! No long lines, relaxed atmosphere, quick and friend staff! Definitely worth the extra 10 minute drive!

The Store Manager, Kelvin was absolutely amazing. He turned a bad situation that Sprint messed up on into a good one. I was literally so angry that I was going to switch to Verizon and he owned it, fixed it, and did it with a smile on his face. Sprint you need to get rid of the foreigners in customer service and bring those jobs back to the United States. Saving a buck or 2 isn't worth losing your customers over and more so losing the quality that you should be providing.

Wasteing time forever in this store I’m not lie this is really happen with me so.
1. When I go to Birmingham I waste my time seven hours in the store and they did not take care customer I never see that bad service and add is 350 State Farm Pkwy Rd Birmingham I have to drive 4 time to bham from oxford then also still not work out and they didn’t apologize I was so mad . Bad customer service ever races in the store it’s was really bad they don’t really know who is customer anyway now we have store in Anniston now we good people
