We were greeted by a not-so-nice lady. Waited for a table. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us. We ordered food and drinks, were brought silverware (no napkins,no drinks). Could not understand our very inattentive server. Appetizer and entrees came out together....still no napkins nor drinks. Food was lukewarm and bland...everything was undercooked (including the chicken). The rice was not even beginning to be soft, so hard. We had to ASK for our drinks. They came after we almost finished what little we ate of the horrible food. Employees were not nice (except to each other). We will NOT be back to thus location!
Went with my daughter and grandson for lunch. Seated immediately and the server arrived right away. Sebastian was so nice, patient, and fun. We got all three trivia questions right. Free appetizer and free dessert! The hostess came and checked on us several times, too. Food was pretty good. Good lunch specials. Will definitely return.
Friendly staff, consistent tasty food, good kids menu. I have small children & this is their favorite place to go. I enjoy the variety of the menu while they like playing games on the kiosks at the table. It cost $1.99 for unlimited games (well worth it) giving them something to do until the food arrives.
The freshly made salsa & guacamole are not to be missed.
If there was a 0 star option it would have been a negative. We ask for medium rare sirloins and a medium rare ribeye, we asked for them to be cooked a little more because they were all RAW!!! They took them back, "cooked" them and were still RAW!!!! Brought brand new steaks out and where so greasy and charred overcooked well done. I'm not the person to write a review but this was completely outrageous. Our sever was amazing though, very sweet and helpful. I will NEVER come here again. Please save your time and stomach from this place.
