The food here is great for a cheap pizza place. The reason that I put the 1 is because the service is terrible! I come here very often because I love the crazy bread and this is the only one that is close to me. I routinely have to wait 30-40 minutes just for crazy bread or one of those worlds most cheesiest pizzas. I've contacted corporate and they said that they would look into it. I have seen no changes come of that.
On Sunday afternoon, I decided to go to Little Caesars to grab a sausage pizza. However, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the pizza. The sausage pizza overall had very little of that fresh and hot taste that I would've expected from Little Caesars, it tasted disgusting. The pizza even tasted like it was old, not fresh at all. The sauce, cheese, and the pizza was dry and hard as well.
Great customer service. Vinnie M. apologized for my long wait and personally brought my pizza out to me. Places like that are hard to find.

The food was descent but the wait in the drive thru was literally over 45 minutes. The excuse i was given was they were trying to clear out the lobby first. That was totally unacceptable.
