These guys and girls are the best fast pizza town. The hut is not even close. Great cooks super fast and polite delivery
Ordered online and said the pizza was being started at 5:04 pm. Checked at 5:20 and no update!! I'm from out of town and my local domino's has never had problems tracking. I call the store and I was on hold for 10 minutes listening to a recording. No one even got to me. This is the worst service I've ever received. Really pissed I already paid online, worried that I'll be out $30 and not be able to contact the store. It's now 5:44 pm. I hope they refund us or the pizza is hot. This is ridiculous.
I work in the service industry too, and all of those things were horrifying to witness. I would be fired on the spot if I did any of those things. I recommend that this person be fired as well. I will not be spending money at this location anymore.
The delivery guy i was subjected to this afternoon was by far the rudest person I've dealt with in recent memory. It took me a few moments to come to the door, which he pointed out and was very indignant about. He had an attitude throughout the whole transaction and was very off-putting. He never gave me a copy of my receipt. Finally, at the end of it, he asked me with an exasperated sigh how much I was going to tip him.
They are so courteous, and they make me feel like they've been knowing for a while, like family. I love it!!!
Have given this place many times over the past 2 years. Always rude/ignorant over the phone. Although Domino’s is a place of convenience, I️ would much rather drive and pick up my own pizza from a further Domino’s than try and deal with this place again.
