Absolutely ridiculous how rude and unfriendly and unhelpful the store employees are! I did not receive a receipt of my purchases on 12/18/17, so I returned the next day asking for a reprint of my receipt, and they told me I was lying about not getting the receipt, and that they looked on the camera and said the cashier tried to give it to me but I walked away! How hard is it to reprint a receipt??!! They refused to show me the video footage they supposedly found and looked at in less than 5 minutes, and accused me of lying!! This is why I shop at Target, and why I will NEVER shop at this or any other Walmart again!! Stay away if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.
This location is usually extremely crowded. There will be people in every corner and section as you use your cart and you might bump into them. If you can get past that annoyance, then this is a decent location to shop. I do like the fact that this is a 24 hour location, so if you want to avoid crowds go there early in the morning, before 9 am.
The manager TIM Is very unprofessional and rude. Ignores his associate and customers. Called to handle an isssue and he hung up in my face. Probably should hire a more friendly face and someone who actually enjoys their jobs and does not yell at customers for asking questions.
Like any, Walmart it's always crowded. I've been here many times. The store is clean and the staff is very nice. It's just that the checkout lines are so long. It will be nice if Walmart will have more registers open in every single one of their stores. I pretty sure they'll make 3 times as much money with more satisfied customers. Plus, they don't sell fabric at this particular Walmart.
I love this store. They are helpful especially in the fresh produce section in the morning. I know the store like the back of my hand but readjust when they move sections or things around. I love seeing my favorite walmart people in certain parts of the store. They have a family atmosphere I like.
